Framework Agreement for Minor Work Refurbishment including Local Lettings Agency Works.\r \r Several properties have been identified to require minor work refurbishments undertaken for Housing Services (Client) being timebound due to some of which are funding (via Homes England from the Housing side). The works are being partially supported via the Building and Facilities Maintenance in-house service (Principal Contractor), however due to the volume and turnaround time required this requires urgent delivery to be supported via sub-contractors able to accommodate this.\r \r This procurement is issued under an open Tender with no prior shortlisting. Following this tender exercise, a maximum number of three Bidding Organisations, who achieves the highest weighted tender score over 60% will be awarded a place on the Framework in ranked order. The contractor in first place will be offered the 1st call off.\r \r the documents must be downloaded from www.nepo.org and insert DN722333 within the supplier area, any questions must be raised through the Nepo Portal system.\r

Thirteen Repairs and Maintenance Framework - AWARD

Thirteen are looking to procure a Framework contract to provide support to the Investment and Maintenance In-House Teams on an "as and when" basis during periods of peak workload. The scope of this Framework Agreement is for the provision of responsive repairs (including commercial properties), maintenance works, void repairs (including MSD voids), electrical works and damp and mound in line with the provided specifications. The specific work types have been split into separate packages (Lots) These services shall fall into 5 'Lots' reflecting the area of support needed for the business. The Framework contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for further 2 years (4-year maximum). This Framework may be utilised by other Service Areas within Thirteen Housing Group providing Thirteen and the Contractor agree in writing to use of this Framework and its Terms and Conditions prior to any works commencing. Thirteen are seeking to appoint up to 5 contractors per lot, on an "as required basis" to support and supplement the in-house team in their day to day works and out of hours emergencies
