National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024

The Education Alliance are establishing a framework of consultants for professional services in construction and premises contracts within the UK excluding Scotland. The framework will cover projects including, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc. The procurement was a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from April 2024, with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year, at the discretion of the contracting authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The framework will be split in to 23 separate lots, which will operate with a maximum of 1 consultant for lot 1, and for lots 2 to 23, a maximum of 9 consultants per region per lot.

National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024 - AWARD

This Project has been awarded The next version of the framework will be structured to cover both multi-disciplinary solutions and single service solutions. The Framework Agreement is expected to be established for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year, from April 2024. The Framework Agreement will be able to be utilised by all public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK (excluding Scotland), the full list is available in the Tender synopsis . The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. BP1011 - Design Team - Architect and Related Services for Enterprise Hub

Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) is undertaking this process to procure a design team including architect service, principle designer services and related services for a new Enterprise Hub in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire. The Architect will lead a design team to deliver the project up to RIBA Stage 4. This tender process is specifically focused on services for RIBA stages 0 to 4. Full working arrangements will be subject to JCT CA 2016 Consultancy Agreement (public sector) 2016 terms and conditions, as amended, Broxtowe Borough Council may novate the successful design team/architect for the provision of further architectural services and construction phases (RIBA stages 5 to 7) under a JCT or NEC contract with a principal build contractor. The contract length may vary to ensure completion of required Services. Please note the potential for novation. Your fixed prices should include all costs for the project to be completed to RIBA work stage 4. No additional costs can be claimed for expenses Bidders are to be registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB). Bidders are to hold membership with a professional body for Architects such as Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). IMPORTANT - Where a Bidders' price is twice that of the lowest Bidder price the Council reserves the right not to evaluate the quality element of the submission, as effectively there is no chance of being successful. This means there will be no quality feedback on the bidder either.
