Water Supply and Services Framework

The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement to meet the water supply and services needs of public sector organisations. The framework will address the provision of services that facilitate the supply of metered and unmetered water, metered and unmetered wastewater, trade effluent services and ancillary services. The framework will be open for use by all contracting authorities across the UK public sector (and any future successors to these organisations). These include (but not limited to) central government departments and agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies, Local Authorities, Police Authorities, Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Hospices, Registered Charities, National Parks and Registered Social Landlords. National Framework for Water Billing Services 2024

Red Kite Learning Trust are looking to establish a framework of providers for Water Billing Services within the UK. The framework will allow Clients to access registered providers who are licensed to operate as a water supplier within the UK. The procurement will be a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, estimated from December 2024, with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
