Renewal of the North Wales Domiciliary Care Agreement.

The six Local Authorities and Health Board in North Wales are recommissioning domiciliary care under the North Wales Domiciliary Care Agreement, with a view to achieving / continuing to develop outcomes-focussed care and support across the region.
