Servicing and Repair of Gas and Renewable Heating Equipment (Domestic and Commercial)

Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of social housing. Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement for the servicing and repair of gas and renewable heating equipment. This will cover the annual servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic gas fired central heating installations, domestic miscellaneous gas appliances, solid fuel appliances and domestic renewable heating systems. It will also cover the annual servicing, maintenance, and repair within domestic and non-domestic settings of commercial gas fired heating installations, HVAC systems and commercial renewable heating systems. The servicing, maintenance and repair of renewable heating systems covers both air source heat pump and ground source heat pump systems for both domestic and commercial heating equipment. In accordance with the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (63)(7), Bidders on Lot 1and Lot 2 are advised that Contractors who are appointed to this framework agreement will not be permitted to sub-contract the responsibility for the service, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances. Due to the business criticality and risk to both the customer organisation and the resident, the responsibility for the service maintenance and repair of gas appliances will be the responsibility of the Contractor who is appointed to the framework agreement. Contractors appointed to the framework agreement will be permitted, with the agreement of the Customer, to utilise subcontractors to complete the works required to solid fuel appliances and to supplement the service, maintenance, and repair of gas appliances in exceptional circumstances. For example, additional volume caused by extreme weather conditions and / or the geographical spread of properties. Bidders are permitted to sub-contract the responsibility for the service, maintenance, and repair of renewable technologies within scope of the framework agreement.

Procurement Frameworks For RBKC Housing Management - Mechanical and Electrical Works and Lift Works

RBKC wishes to appoint a number of contractors across four (4) Lots to deliver a range of mechanical and electrical works, including specific lot for lift installation and refurbishment works to its property portfolio. The intention is to enter into the Framework agreement to start in the autumn of 2023 for a period of four years with an option to extend of up to two years up to a maximum duration of six years. The works may include mechanical and electrical planned maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works to RBKC housing stock including provision of new installs, repair, replacement, removal and/ or overhaul including but not limited to the following types of works: Electrical wiring Landlord's electrical supplies, lateral mains and intake cupboards Electrical supply metering Lighting (including communal, emergency and external lighting) Door entry systems and electric door operators Closed circuit television (CCTV) systems Fire, smoke and heat alarm systems Warden call systems Communal ventilation (including ductwork and fittings and automatic opening vents) Communal water tanks Pipework and fittings Dry risers and wet risers Boilers and communal/district heating and hot water systems Heat recovery systems Booster pumps Sump pumps Energy efficiency measures Any other mechanical or electrical parts and systems servicing our housing stock Any related works or services necessary to facilitate the above works, such as: design services; provision of access; related work to the fabric and structure of any building or estate, including making good and identification and removal of asbestos. NHMF Frameworx Disability Adaptations Framework Agreements 2023

NPC on behalf of its members is seeking to appoint Contractors to a framework to undertake Disability Adaptations to their various dwellings, estates and schemes The Works may include the following: • Conversion of bathrooms into Shower Rooms and Wet Rooms; • Conversion of Kitchens to aid disability; • Installation of sanitary fittings to ais disability; • Installations of ramps to aid access ; • Installation of grab rails and other aids; • Installation of stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling and bath hoists ; • Construction of extensions; • Construction of hardstandings and storage facilties for mobility scooters; • Installation of automatic wc's and bidets; • Modification of dwellings to accommodate wheelchair access; • Provision of Occupational Therapist Services The works are mostly funded by Disability Facility Grants and self funding from Social Housing Providers For Further details refer to the ITT and Specification documentation. When uploading Tender Documentation, Economic Operators must be aware of any speed limitations of their internet connection, system configuration and general web traffic etc., as these may impact on the time taken to complete the transaction. Uploading of submissions must be completed by the deadline closing date and time. DO NOT WAIT until too near the closing time on the return date. The closing deadline for uploading completed tender documentation is the 20 November 2023 at 15.00.
