Out of Hours Telephone Service 2024 The out of hours telephone service will be a point of contact for Curo stakeholders when Curo offices are closed. Incoming calls may cover a range of matters during these hours and the trained operators of the service will adopt a common sense approach to ensure that these matters are recorded, categorised and responded to appropriately and effectively, ensuring both safety and a first rate customer service. This will be a three year contract with the option of extending for a further 2 year period upon satisfactory delivery of the service requirements and achievement of target levels of KPI's. Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until. Important information: This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal. Once you have registered and expressed interest in the project, all applicable documents are normally published to the secure area within 24 hours (via clicking on `My Tenders`). If after this time you have not received your email advising the tender documents have been published to the secure area, then contact the Procurement Team by sending a message through the correspondence function. An email will be sent to the `Publish Email` address supplied at registration when the documents have been published. Tender for the Provision of Digital Telehealth Care System

Halton Borough Council wishes to procure a replacement electronic Telehealthcare alarm monitoring, and lone working system. The current Tunstall solution delivers a telecare alarm and response service to over approx. 2300 customers and receives over 176,255 alarm calls a year responding to 4565 alarms each year by a manned dispatch team. The current contract with Tunstall expires in April 2023 and the Council wishes to procure a replacement digital solution. An additional driver for the change is to align any system with the scheduled switch over of the national telecommunications infrastructure from analogue (PSTN) to digital (IP) telephone services by 2025. More recently the service has begun to implement Assistive Technology (AT) and Telehealth solutions into Customers Care Plans. Most of the AT operates utilising digital ready IP. The AT equipment includes home monitoring-based solutions consisting of consumer led Internet of Things (IOT) sensors and GPS tracking devices. The Council are actively promoting how technology products in the consumer tech market can help residents to have a positive impact on their life, such as reducing social isolation and enabling them to retain independence in their own homes. The Council wishes to receive and send information and alerts from telecare, telehealth, and AT devices. Ideally, these could be connected to a single reporting and response platform.
