Harrow Campus Masterplan Consultancy

Consultancy support on the Harrow Campus Masterplan Project. The University of Westminster Harrow Campus is part of the wider Northwick Park Masterplan, for which there are 4 landowners that collectively own the land. The information about the One Public Estate masterplan (OPE) is included as an appendix to the scope document. The OPE masterplan has an outline planning permission, and the planning strategy is to apply for approval of reserve matters .The application should be submitted within 3 years of the outline permission therefore no later than January 2026. The consultants will be for all phases and all buildings , but the team will be appointed initially for RIBA stage 1 for all buildings. Then the appointment will be initially for the buildings included in reserve matters first application. Full scope details can be found in Harrow Campus Masterplan Scope for Design Team.

National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024

The Education Alliance are establishing a framework of consultants for professional services in construction and premises contracts within the UK excluding Scotland. The framework will cover projects including, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc. The procurement was a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from April 2024, with the option to extend for a further period of 1 year, at the discretion of the contracting authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The framework will be split in to 23 separate lots, which will operate with a maximum of 1 consultant for lot 1, and for lots 2 to 23, a maximum of 9 consultants per region per lot.

This Project has been awarded The next version of the framework will be structured to cover both multi-disciplinary solutions and single service solutions. The Framework Agreement is expected to be established for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year, from April 2024. The Framework Agreement will be able to be utilised by all public-sector bodies (including Charities) in the UK (excluding Scotland), the full list is available in the Tender synopsis . The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement.
