Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to recommission its contract for the delivery of an Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) Service, which is known in Barnsley as the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) and the contract for provision of Healthwatch Barnsley.
