The Borough Council of Calderdale (the “Council”) and Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group (“CCG”) invites tenders from tenderers who wish to be considered for the appointment to the Outreach Services for Adults and Children and Young People (Lots 1 & 2) and Day and Night Sitting Service for Adults and Children and Young People (Lots 3 & 4) Approved Provider Lists. The service will be operated in four lots: Lot 1: Outreach Service for the Council Lot 2: Outreach Service for the CCG Lot 3: Sitting Service for the Council Lot 4: Sitting Service for the CCG If bidding for the Outreach Service tenderers must bid for Lot 1 (the Council service), Lot 2 for the CCG is discretionary If bidding for the Sitting Service, tenderers must bid for Lot 3 (the Council service), Lot 4 for the CCG is discretionary. There is no guarantee of work for any lot. A Bidders Event will be held on 1st March 2022 at 9.00am - please confirm your attendance

Community Based Day Opportunities Service for All Eligible Adults- Approved Provider List

The Borough Council of Calderdale (the "Council") and NHS Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Groups ("the CCG") invites tenders from tenderers who wish to be considered for the Provision of Community Based Day Opportunities for All Eligible Vulnerable Adults. The aim of the service is to enable users of Community Based Day Opportunities to lead a full and aspirational life and to meet the needs of the user holistically. The aim is to promote independence, quality and value for money with an open door to explore new ideas and pathways to meet people's needs, wants and aspirations. Community Based Day Opportunities need to be flexible, diverse, cutting edge and creative, innovation is key to propel services forward. The service will be responsive, organic, and enterprising, ensuring that work is undertaken collaboratively, is co-produced and ensures users of the service have a voice and direct involvement of the services they receive. The service will be operated in two lots. Lot 1 is for a contract with the Council and Lot 2 is for a contract with the CCG. All tenderers must bid for Lot 1 (it is mandatory). The Provision of All Age Domiciliary Care Services - Approved Provider List

The Borough Council of Calderdale ("the Council") and NHS Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group ("the CCG") invites tenders from tenderers who wish to be considered for appointment to the All Age Domiciliary Care Services - Approved Provider List. The commissioned service will be to provide personal care for all ages and all client groups, including those fully funded through Continuing Health Care. This will include children and young people who have been assessed as having a significant physical disability (which could include sensory or mental impairments), and adults who have been assessed and who have eligible needs associated with older age, sensory impairment, learning disability, physical disability, physical ill health, and mental health conditions including dementia. The service will be operated in two lots. Lot 1 is for a contract with the Council and Lot 2 is for a contract with the CCG. All tenderers must bid for Lot 1 (it is mandatory). Lot 2 is discretionary and tenderers may, at their discretion, choose whether or not to bid for Lot 2
