A provision of an accessible and secure digital gateway/coaching platform and services that include the hosting, support, matching, data collection and reporting of the Coaching for Wellbeing coaching service. The coaching platform should have a homepage, and be accessible from any digital device including computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone. The digital gateway/platform needs to facilitate the hosting of up to 100 coaches in total and an average of 150 new coachees per month to support the Coaching for Wellbeing service.

For each agreed testing scope, the NHS Scotland Health Boards requires a written CHECK report with CVSS (latest version throughout the contract) score and recommendations for each reported vulnerability. The report is to be provided to the designated Information Asset Owner for each system and to the NHS Scotland Health Board’s representative (this will be agreed with the winning supplier) within 5 working days of the completion of testing.

C002039 The Framework for NHS Scotland Executive Coaching Register

NES successfully established a quality assured framework of executive coaches within the NHS Scotland in 2015. This Executive Coaching tender will continue to support national leadership priorities and national leadership development programmes, as well as providing a national resource for individual NHS Scotland Boards to draw on for their executive coaching needs. NES will appoint a number of executive coaches to this framework agreement. The duration of the contract will be for 2 years initially, and may be extended for two further periods of up to 12 months each to a maximum of 24 months, subject to the agreement of NES and the supplier.

Supply of Electric Vehicle: Charger and Infrastructure Operating Systems (Back Office)

The Scottish Ambulance Service is fully committed to embracing the Scottish Government direction that they will “Take the lead in promoting the use of ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEVs) and phase out the need for new petrol and diesel cars and vans by 2032.” In support of this strategy, Transport Scotland have published Switched on Scotland: A roadmap to widespread adoption of plug-in vehicles offering practical assistance in delivering the strategy and in turn the wider benefits. To support the increasing numbers of electric vehicles that the Scottish Ambulance are introducing into their fleet, the Service continues to procure the supply and installation of a number of electric vehicle chargers at locations across Scotland. The type and number of installations at each site will be tailored to the requirements of the vehicles based or attending that site. We are looking for a back-office solution to manage our electric vehicle charging infrastructure to allow control, visibility and development of the back office solution.
