National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Carbon and Energy Infrastructure Upgrade Services

The Awarding Authority established a framework agreement for capable suppliers to provide low carbon energy efficient infrastructure services, improvements and upgrades to existing or new facilities in the public sector in the UK in 2022. It has become apparent that the figure published for the estimated value of this framework did not reflect increases in PSDS funding and was therefore incorrect. This VEAT notice serves only to correct the error in the published estimated total value of the framework.

Decarbonisation of Heat Measures

The Council declared a climate emergency and is set to become carbon neutral by 2040 and the retrofit and heat decarbonisation of our corporate assets is a key action to achieve this target.
