The contract is for a maximum period of seven years, commencing on 1st May 2025 for an initial term of three years (until 30th April 2028), with the option to extend for a further two periods of two years (until 30th April 2032). The contract is for the delivery of 132-135 bedspaces across 15 sites within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The contract value is inclusive of the core support service (high and medium/low support), additional floating support and rent (for those ineligible for housing benefit).

BCP Council are seeking to contract with a supplier to provide intensive wrap-around support to Young People aged 18-25 who have multiple complex needs, which may include substance or alcohol misuse, diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health issues, and anti-social behaviour/offending behaviour. BCP Council will be providing the accommodation units. This is a contract for a support provider. The service will provide flexible support 7 days a week with 24-hour on call service to support that is delivered in a flexible, person-centred, strength-based approach with the focus on personalisation, independent living, ensuring Young People feel safe and can remain supported until they no longer need the Service.
