These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework Agreement. Our Approved Organisation list can be found on: https://www.sbs.nhs.uk/services/framework-agreements-categories/ NHS Shared Business Services intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Building Safety and Fire Compliance goods and services to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. It includes the following specialised Lots: Lot 1: Fire Safety - Lot 1.1: Passive Fire Safety Lot 1.2: Active Fire Safety Lot 1.3: Fire Risk Assessments and Consultancy Services Lot 2: Asbestos - Lot 2.1: Asbestos Management Lot 2.2: Asbestos Removal Lot 3: Lifts - Maintenance, Design, and Installation Lot 4: Legionella and Water Treatment Services Lot 5: PAT Testing Lot 6: Authorising Engineers Lot 7: Pneumatic Tube Systems - Maintenance, Design, and Installation NHS SBS is committed to working with Suppliers who are dedicated to Sustainability and Social Value and there will be a significant weighting on these elements within the Invitation to Tender.

CP2549-24: Devon and Somerset Standing List of Approved Contractors (SLoAC) 2025

The Devon & Somerset Standing List of Approved Contractors (SLoAC) provides a set of pre-qualified contractors for Maintenance, Improvement, and Building Works up to £2,000,000 per project, with most works ranging between £5,000 and £250,000, and for works below £5,000. SLoAC 2025 will replace the existing SLoAC, which has been in operation since 1st April, 2016, and will expire on 31st March, 2025. All interested contractors, including those currently on the existing list must re-apply to join SLoAC 2025. SLoAC 2025 is anticipated to commence April 2025, and will run for 4 years (until 31st March 2029) with a break clause at the end of the second year (31st March 2027) and an option to extend for a further 4 years in 2 years increment (until 31st March 2033) at the Authority's discretion. The SLoAC will be re-opened periodically (anticipated to be annually) in order to enable contractors to apply to join the list. If in the Authority’s reasonable opinion, specific work categories have sufficient numbers of contractors in a work category, the Authority reserves the right not to open those work categories to new applications to prevent having excessive numbers of contractors. In this initial application period no limit will be set to the number of contractors that will be accepted into a work category. The Authority also reserves the right to include additional works categories when the arrangement is reopened. Contractors will be appointed to the SLoAC based on achieving certain minimum standard through pass/fail questions. The award of specific projects will be subject to a competitive procurement process for each individual project. Only approved contractors on the SLoAC will get an opportunity to be selected to participate in a competitive processes when a need arises. To be approved, contractors must obtain and maintain accreditation from our Comprehensive Accreditation Service Provider.. This is not a condition of joining the SLoAC but a condition for being selected to take part in a competitive process when a need arises. The SLoAC is open to use by other public bodies within Devon and Somerset. Devon County Council will be hosting a virtual Tender Launch Event via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 6th February 2025 11:00 - 12:30. This will be an opportunity to discuss the service, ask questions, and help bidders navigate around the tender documentation and the procurement process. This event will be recorded and will be uploaded to ProContract alongside the presentation shortly afterward.
