National Framework for Decarbonisation Solutions

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of Hull City Council, is looking to establish a framework of Contractors who are capable of providing Decarbonisation Solutions. The framework will cover all UK Public Sector Bodies (excluding the Health Sector and NHS Trusts).
