Victim Referral Service

North Wales Police & Dyfed Powys Police are looking for Suppliers who can provide a Victim Referral Service to victims of crime within their respective Force areas. The tender will be structured in Lots; Lot 1 for the North Wales Police Service and Lot 2 for the Dyfed Powys Police Service. Each Lot will be evaluated separately and awarded to the top scoring supplier for that Lot. North Wales Police Procurement will lead on this tender on behalf of both Forces. The contract will commence on 1st April 2024 for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years in multiples of 12 months. Potential suppliers should be aware that the TUPE regulations will apply to this tender/contract, detailed information will be provided to interested suppliers who sign and return the confidentiality agreement. Victim Care Hub - AWARD

The Police and Crime Commissioner is now commissioning a Victim Care Hub to provide a support system which is truly victim-led, a system-wide approach to victim care and support, providing the opportunity for collaborative working, ensuring access to timely information and specialist support. The Victim Care Hub will be an all-age support provision with a comprehensive network of services encompassing a referral mechanism and onward support for victims of crime. The Contract will commence on 1st February 2024 and will be for a period of three years & three months with the option to extend for a further two years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Monday 25th September 2023. How to obtain the Tender Documents The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting 'View Details' on the relevant tender advert and clicking the 'Express Interest' tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs - 'Tender', 'ITT - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications' and 'History'.
