The museum is currently investing significant sums maintaining, refurbishing and renewing their buildings and exhibitions resulting in the consolidation of the visitor experience. The 1830 Warehouse is not required for the future visitor experience and the museum wishes to find a suitable long term commercial use/occupier/partner for the building whose objectives and visions preferably align with those of the museum. The museum intends to market a long leasehold interest in the 1830 Warehouse, launching the marketing campaign in January 2025. Marketing Manchester (MM) , who form part of The Growth Company (GC) has an exciting opportunity for a supplier to create and produce two short promotional films for use in the global promotion of Greater Manchester as a place to visit, meet, invest, study, and live. The first, a high-level overarching brand film that captures the essence of Greater Manchester and why it is one of the most exciting destinations in the UK right now; the second, a film that promotes Greater Manchester as the city of choice to host world-class events. Marketing Manchester requires two short films/adverts to be used in the promotion of the city-region on a national and international stage: 1) Manchester Brand Film. 2) Manchester 'Home to World Class Live Events'.
