Public Sector Marketing Tenders

The University of Edinburgh’s Accommodation, Catering & Events (ACE) department is seeking to establish a contract for its commercial marketing and communications services. This initiative aims to appoint external agencies across three key lots: Paid Advertising and Digital Strategy, Public Relations and Branding & Design. By securing expert partners, ACE will enhance brand visibility, streamline communications, and drive commercial success across its portfolio, including The University’s year-round hotels, summer accommodation, highland lodges, event services, catering outlets and hospitality services.

Hull City Council (The Authority) invites tenders from interested organisations for the Provision of a Marketing Design Framework. This tender follows an open procedure and consists of a single-stage, closed framework process.. The contract is anticipated to commence 23rd July 2025 ending by 22nd July 2029. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £300,000 per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any services to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. The Civic Data Cooperative is seeking a proposal and quotes for marketing and graphic design support on a series of projects as we head towards wrapping up our core operations in 2026. While our work streams will continue past this date - we would like to produce a series of legacy reports and a public-facing campaign about data stewardship in the Liverpool City Region. We are seeking a partner(s) who could work with us over the next 12 months. Specifically, we are seeking graphic design support for our five reports and the delivery of a public-facing marketing campaign. Please see the RFQ document for estimated contract dates per Lot.
