XC Trains Limited (XC) will be conducting a tender for the provision of a Facilities Management (FM) services. XC requires comprehensive FM service, covering 24 sites nationwide, from Plymouth in the South West to Edinburgh. A partnership approach is required to ensure a seamless operation, safety, and efficiency of these locations through a combination of hard and soft FM services, dedicated personnel, and tailored solutions to meet our evolving needs.

The London Borough of Lambeth is running a competitive tender to award a contract for the delivery of Cleaning Services. The term is five years, with the option to extend for a further two years (one year plus one year) and the estimated aggregate value is £7.2m.

This framework intends to provide a national solution that offers customers a route to market for a complete facilities management service comprising of hard and/or soft FM services depending on each individual customer requirement.
