Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) has been issued by BlueLight Commercial who are seeking to award an Open Framework for the provision of supply, installation, and maintenance of Alcohol Breath Testing Equipment. Please refer to ITT Instructions to Bidders section 1.1.
The framework will be tendered as four lots, which are as follows:
•	LOT 1 – Evidential Breath Testing Instruments 
•	LOT 2 – Roadside Breath Screening Devices
•	LOT 3 – Installation, Calibration and Servicing & Maintenance

DE&S Deca on behalf of the Ministry of Defence (MoD) has a requirement to maintain a Remote Video Viewing Aids [RVVA] / Industrial Borescope capability, for use by Inspection, Testing and Repair Teams for aircraft maintenance and repair operations. The RVVA inventory estimated at 360 units has been rendered obsolete by the manufacturers and suppliers. Consequently, this equipment will no longer be supported post March 2026. Therefore, there is an emerging requirement to procure new replacement RVVA, together with a maintenance and training support package, in order to maintain an RVVA capability.
