Shop Front Improvements - Regent Street, Kingswood

Description

Repair/replacement works to 37 shopfronts and 7 upper facades across Kingswood High Street. Works include removal of existing signboards; installation of new painted timber fascia signboards with painted graphics; new light fixtures; joinery; leadwork; installation of awnings and repairs/redecoration to upper floors. This project is part of the wider regeneration of Kingswood town centre, supported by funding secured by South Gloucestershire Council. The high street improvement works aims to support traders, strengthen the local economy, and improve the retail environment for shoppers, residents, and visitors.
Jan Kattein Architects are appointed to deliver this project, with designs developed through a series of consultations with local stakeholders and high street businesses. JKA have successfully delivered works to over 300 shopfronts spanning 35 high streets across the UK.
