MC 1035 - Future Scenarios Phase 3 MiRANDA Model upd

Description

The aim of this commission is to produce an updated version of MiRANDA which can be used to explore future scenarios, test options and prepare business cases for rail and strategic highway investment in the Midlands Connect (MC) area. 
To achieve this implies the following specific aims: Calibration and validation to a post-Covid base year, incorporating changes in travel volumes and behaviour in the post-Covid era; and the creation of an updated model reference case, using the revised base year, and appropriate updates to all endogenous and exogenous assumptions.
