London Borough of Lewisham invite Suppliers to tender for a Hard Facilities Management Contract for the provision of Fire & Security repair and Maintenance Services for its Corporate Property Estate. The contract will have provision for a range of planned and reactive Fire & Security services for approximately 70 sites including a wide range of properties from offices, libraries, community use buildings, children's centres and other operational buildings.
Lewisham is a vibrant and diverse borough in southeast London and has a total area of approximately 35 km2. It encompasses a mix of urban and green spaces, rich cultural heritage, and a dynamic community. 
These core Services include:
•	Planned Preventative Maintenance and Statutory Testing - Maintenance in accordance with statutory compliance and British Standards.
•	Reactive Repairs - Fault diagnosis and repair of fire and security systems to restore to safe and effective operation.  Emphasis on first time fix.
•	Emergency Response - 24/7 emergency response to system or asset related issues to restore systems / assets to a safe and effective operation or within tolerable risk levels.
•	Intruder and Fire Alarm Monitoring - 24/7 Alarm Monitoring service and management of this service.
•	Provision of technical advice relating to systems maintained under this contract.

Bassetlaw District Council wish to invite tenders to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a comprehensive service, maintenance, and support provision for the Council's CCTV Control Room and its associated infrastructure. This contract will ensure that all surveillance equipment and systems remain operational, effective, and compliant with relevant legislation and standards. The successful contractor will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance (including daily callouts), fault diagnostics, repairs, and system optimisation of all CCTV equipment under the Council's management. This includes, but is not limited to, fixed and PTZ cameras, network video recorders (NVRs), video management systems (VMS), workstations, monitors, control room equipment, fibre and wireless transmission networks, and all supporting infrastructure. The successful contractor must demonstrate proven expertise in maintaining public space CCTV systems, with a strong understanding of current Data Protection, Surveillance Camera Code of Practice, and BS EN 62676 standards. The contractor will work in close coordination with Council staff to minimise downtime, respond to incidents, and support the efficient operation of the surveillance network. In addition to the core maintenance activities, the contractor will be expected to provide technical advice, support for system upgrades or improvements, and reporting on system health, performance, and compliance. A high standard of customer service, reliability, and confidentiality is essential throughout the duration of the contract. The contract will be in place for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years on a 1 + 1 year basis, subject to satisfactory performance and an annual review by the Council. Contract value The budget for this contract is estimated in the region of £2,250,000 excluding VAT in total.
