Nottinghamshire County Council is commissioning a Handypersons and Adaptation Service (HPAS) to support the delivery of adaptation and repair works across all seven districts within the county. To facilitate this service, the Council requires a reliable supply of materials to be purchased and used by approved Service Providers operating under the HPAS framework.
