The Authority is seeking to appoint a range of Contractors able to provide adaptation works consisting of, but not limited to the following including all associated works;* Bathroom adaptations i.e. level access showers, wet rooms * Kitchen adaptations i.e. height adjustable worktops, remodelling * Safety Works including fencing, locks, restrictors * Access ramps and steps * widening of internal doorways * extensions and building works * other sundry works which may be required.
