Newcastle City Council 'the Authority' and our in-house building contractor, 'Construction Services (CS) require support from external construction groundwork contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in delivering a first-class groundworks service for Capital projects. Work awarded under this Framework will be predominantly to support Capital Projects.
