Service design and management - data reform

Description

The overarching aim of the SoW will be to support PECP in its commitment to tackle waste, drive 
down costs and realise efficiencies in Policing. This will be achieved through improvements in the 
procurement processes, data integration and exploitation capabilities, the delivery of shared services 
and specialist functions at the national level, as well as the introduction of a new National Centre of 
Policing to improve consistency of services and interoperability between forces.
