Solihull College & University Centre are looking to improve STEM facilities at Woodlands Campus with an extension and refurbishment works to provide a larger Motor Vehicle Workshop and enhanced facilities, and the construction of a new Brickwork Workshop, ready for curriculum delivery in the 26/27 academic year.   The tender is presented in three Lots 
Lot 1 Motor Vehicle Workshop  
Lot 2 Brick Workshop   
Lot 3 – both Lot 1 and Lot 2
