Ceredigion County Council is tendering to invite suitably experienced and qualified design teams to develop a comprehensive masterplan for a site in Lampeter. The proposed development will deliver up to nine residential dwellings, associated infrastructure, and a community pump track. Sefton Council is the local authority of the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton in Merseyside, England. Sefton Council oversees and manages the delivery of highway and transport services including the development, planning and delivery of major infrastructure and maintenance schemes through a strategic transport investment programme. The Council’s strategic transport investment programme is currently delivered through both in-house resources and an existing Transport Technical Support Services (TTSS) Contract which is due to end in 2025. The Council will use Key Performance Indicators to monitor the successful bidder's performance throughout the duration of the contract. The performance of the consultant will be used to determine whether an extension is offered at the end of the initial 4-year period. Participation in this tendering process which seeks to result in securing one consultant to provide the necessary Transport Technical Support Services, in no way guarantees the successful tenderer any given volume of work over the duration of the contract period.
