Description

The Guinness Partnership Limited, with its appointed managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, is establishing a multi-lot framework for the provision of independent lift inspections LOLER (Lot 1) and lift consultancy services (Lot 2).
The framework will support statutory compliance, asset assurance, technical consultancy, risk assessments, and expert guidance relating to lifts in residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings.
The Framework will be made available to all UK public sector contracting authorities.

It is designed to ensure safe, reliable, and fully compliant lifting equipment for building users. The agreement will be made available for use by all UK public sector contracting authorities.
