The Guinness Partnership Limited, together with its appointed managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, is establishing a single-lot framework for the provision of cleaning and associated services. The framework will cover communal cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and the removal of bulk waste for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. The framework will support both planned scheduled services and reactive requirements, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for residents and building users. The framework will be made available to all UK public sector contracting authorities.

Provision of Closed Landfill Monitoring, Maintenance and Management Services

The Authority is responsible for two (2) closed landfill sites to ensure they are managed and maintained in a manner so that it is unlikely that the Sites cause pollution of the environment, harm to human health and the general security of the Authority's assets.
