The ESIAM Programme, in the Operational Service Management (OSM) Team requires the provision of an exemplary multi-function Service Management Partner (SMP) to continue the successful integration and management of multiple Defence Digital Service Providers and Delivery of successful ESIAM requirements. The OSM Programme needs a service providing a team of skilled personnel with in-depth ITIL and SIAM experience to ensure the successful maturing,
