Description

BCP Council (the grantor) is inviting tenders from suppliers (concessionaires) for the opportunity to operate and maintain a water sports concession at Hamworthy Park, Lulworth Ave, Hamworthy, Poole BH15 4DH.
The successful concessionaire will be granted the right to operate as the seller of water sports activities and associated retail services within Council-owned premises.
The anticipated start date of the contract is 01 April 2026. The contract will be for 5 years with no extensions.

Park Tennis Coaching in Southwark 2026 - 2030

The Council has 8 tennis court sites located within parks and open spaces throughout the borough and is seeking individuals, partnerships or organisations to provide a comprehensive, community-focused tennis coaching and development service, as well as helping with general upkeep and regular reporting of court issues to the Council. The Contract will be a Concession Contract for a period of three (3) years from the Commencement Date, from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2029, with an option, at the discretion of the Council, of an extension for a further period of one year 31st March 2030. Provision of a Resettlement, Orientation and Re-integration Service

The UK Government operates a number of different schemes to people in need of protection from a range of different regions across the globe. In some instances, pledges have been made to the Home Office by local authorities to offer resettlement opportunities and, in other instances, participation is required. The support needs of each scheme share some similarities but there are also several differences so the service must be able to adapt to varied support needs and changing landscape. The service will support both existing supported/resettled families/individuals and new families/individuals arriving. The service’s main purpose is to support successful resettlement; supporting citizens to settle into their lives in their new homes, including managing their finances and accommodation, accessing services and ultimately being able to live independently and feel part of the community in which they live. This may look different for different families/individuals and for the different schemes. For example, the Homes For Ukraine Scheme is a temporary visa scheme and so people’s needs may differ to those on resettlement schemes who have arrived with indefinite leave to remain.
