Prometheus Tranche 4: Solution Architecture and Development

Description

This contract is to procure Solution Architecture outcomes and will be responsible for developing an enduring solution for all key user requirements through the delivery of the minimum viable product 
(MVP).
The Prometheus Tranche 4 MVP will enable the user to have a flexible, agile and scalable capability to collect, exploit and process Publicly Available Information (PAI) to Tactical, Operational and Strategic customers, as well as enabling the sharing interoperability of PAI/OSINT internally and with Partners to support Commanders' decision making. It will also provide an Innovation service that drives continual improvements to the OSINT capability and maintains its defences.
