The Police Reform Act, 2002 (s51) places a statutory duty on the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) to make arrangements for people detained in police custody in the Metropolitan Police force area to be visited by members of the public appointed to an Independent Custody Visiting (ICV) Scheme. 

Independent Custody Visitors (ICVs) are volunteer members of the local community, unconnected to the police or the criminal justice system, and as such, the Home Office Code of Practice on Independent Custody Visiting stipulates that they are entitled to be reimbursed for their legitimate expenses incurred in carrying out their role.

This was procured via CCS Payment Solutions 2 Framework (RM6248) under Lot 2 (Prepaid Cards).

Hertfordshire County Council wishes to procure a County Wide Advocacy Service and One Stop Shops for Victims and Survivors of Violence against Women and Girls The Service Specification is for the provision of a countywide advocacy service to support victims and survivors of abuse types considered as forms of violence against women and girls (VAWG). These include, but are not limited to; o Domestic abuse o Sexual abuse o Stalking and harassment o Forced marriage o So-called ‘honour-based abuse o Female genital mutilation This Service will act as a ‘One Front Door’ for access to our ‘One Stop Shop’ (OSS). Due to the high degree of coordination required to manage all the service elements of this Contract, and to ensure the Services are delivered in a joined up and structured way, the Commissioners have decided to award a Contract to one organisation who will be responsible to them for contract delivery but which can sub-contract the delivery of elements of the Services, it is therefore not suitable for this contract to be split in to Lots. Holiday, Activities and Food (HAF) Programme - Round 2

Southend-on-Sea City Council are seeking to add additional suppliers to join the Framework Agreement for the provision of Holiday Activity and Food Programme Services (HAF) in Southend-on-Sea. The Healthy Activities and Food programme (HAF) has been funded by the Department for Education to deliver activities and food to vulnerable children during school holiday periods. The provision must be used to provide access to holiday activity programmes as follows: - At least 4 hours for 4 days a week for 4 weeks the Summer, and a week in Easter and a week at Christmas - Inclusive and accessible provision - Provision offered to all Benefits related FSM children of statutory school age in Southend-on-Sea.
