Tybalds Estate Regeneration Employer's Agent Appointment (RIBA Stages 3+ - 6)

Description

Contract for the appointment of an Employer's Agent to assist the Council to develop the scheme for the Tybalds Estate Regeneration scheme. The main outputs of the Employers Agent are to develop the Employer's Requirements and tender pack, support the Council in its pre-contract negotiations with the contractor, manage the delivery of the construction project and act as the contract administrator for the construction project.
