Ceredigion County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and competent Contractor for undertaking Spray Injection Patching works. The Contract will run from 1st of March 2026 to 28th of February 2029, with a possible extension of up to 2 years, subject to agreement by both parties. The estimated value is between £1,500,000 and £1,800,000 for the full term of the contract including all extensions. Highways Framework

Blackpool Council are establishing a lotted - Highways surfacing and civil engineering works Framework. The procurement will be conducted as an open tender and will establish a framework for a 4-year period. Call off contracts may be entered into from the framework in the manner described within the tender documents. The framework will consist of two lots as follows: Lot 1 – Highways Surfacing - Surfacing includes re-surfacing and re-construction of the highway network using conventional surfacing materials consisting of flexible and rigid pavement treatments (hot, warm and cold mix asphalts/concrete) Lot 2 – Highways Civils - Civil Engineering Works includes construction of improvement works on or associated with the highway network The intention is to establish a framework of up to 4 Suppliers for lot 1 and up to 4 Suppliers for lot 2. The indicative range of call off contracts that may be entered into is typically expected to be in the range as set out below: • Lot 1 – Highways Surfacing - £100,000 - £5,000,000 • Lot 2 – Highways Civils - £100,000 - £1,500,000 In addition to Blackpool Council the framework is being made available to Lancashire County Council, Blackburn with Darwen Council, Lancashire Combined County Authority, Current members, associate members and future members of the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities. This Dynamic Purchasing System is for the provision of the following Road Surface Treatment Services: • Premium Surface Dressing • Micro Asphalting and Footway Surface Treatments • Carriageway Retexturing • Joint Sealing • Asphalt Preservation • In-Situ Road Recycling • Spray Injection Patching • Any works or services similar to those listed above The publishing of this Contract Notice is to communicate the extension of the above DPS which was originally established in March 2018 for a 4 year period. Dorset Council took the option of extending the DPS for a further four year period ending March 2026 and now wishes to extend the DPS for a further period up to 27th September 2028, as permitted in line with Cabinet Office guidance regarding dynamic purchasing systems procured under PCR2015. Dorset Council reserves the right to terminate the DPS prior to 27th September 2028.
