This procurement is restricted to voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations based in or operating in South Tyneside only.
If you are not a VCSE based in or currently operating in South Tyneside Council, please do not submit a bid.
South Tyneside Council is seeking a provider to deliver a range of services to assist in the prevention of suicide.  The service will be provided to men over the age of 18 years who are residents of South Tyneside and experience:
•	Being socially isolated and lonely.
•	A history of mental health issues.
•	Dual diagnosis.
•	Financial stress, retirement and unemployed.
•	Health problems.
•	Health inequalities, suicide rates are higher in more deprived areas.
•	Alcohol and substance use.

Early Help Parenting Support Service

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking to procure an experienced provider to deliver specialist Early Help parenting support to families. Eligibility for the service will be in line with criteria for the Welsh Government’s Families First and Early Intervention Parenting Support Programmes. We wish to appoint a provider that is an expert in the field. The work will involve coproducing a programme of interventions and activities which complement and work alongside the Council’s own Early Help Hubs. The objective of the service is to strengthen parenting confidence and resilience across all age ranges. Core activity must include the delivery of structured and flexible interventions in the form of evidence-based parenting courses and group-based workshops, for parents of younger children, school-age children and teenagers, covering themes such as positive behaviour management, establishing routines, effective communication, adolescent development and managing risk-taking behaviour. Parents and carers will be provided with support to share experiences and build peer networks, reducing isolation and strengthening family resilience. The provider will work directly with parents and families. Where appropriate some families will receive individual in-depth coaching from the provider.

IA3354 Alternative Provision Light Touch Framework

Staffordshire County Council has a commitment to ensure every child has the best start in life and can access a good education, providing them with opportunities to achieve their potential. Although most children and young people attend a school to receive their education, some children and young people are unable to attend for a period of time, or benefit from receiving some, or all, of their education away from their school. This may be on a short, or long-term basis. This is termed Alternative Provision (AP). Staffordshire County Council currently procure AP via the Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Opportunities to Improve Attainment and Engage Vulnerable Children and Young People in Education (ref IA1256) which is due to end on 31/08/26. The Alternative Provision Light Touch Framework (ref IA3354) will replace the DPS from 01/09/26. The purpose of the Framework will be to deliver AP to children and young people of compulsory school age who are not currently able to attend a school place. The Framework will include 5 Lots: Lot 1: Full-Time Alternative Provision Lot 2: Part-Time Alternative Provision Lot 3: Tutoring Lot 4: Complementary Provision Lot 5: Bespoke Provision for higher level SEND and other complex needs Interested Suppliers should register on the Council's e-tendering system https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/Account/Login and register interest in the tender on Proactis to access the tender documents. Final proposals will be submitted in November 2025 and implementation of the changes is expected by Government to be by 2028 at the earliest. Whilst the expected impact of most changes to Local Government will be settled at Government Level, please be aware that it may be government policy or expedient that any affected party will be recommended to agree bi-lateral or multi-lateral changes to their contractual arrangements. The Provision of a Multi-Cultural Music and Dance Programme

The Councils’ Good Relations Programme is currently organising the delivery of a Multi-Cultural Music and Dance programme to schools with within the Borough. This project is pilot project delivered through to Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s Good Relations Programme which is part-financed by The Executive Office of Northern Ireland. This pilot though will be delivered within a school setting, future delivery subject to contract extension, may also include youth group setting within the community.
