The learners engaging with this provision shall gain:
- Level 1 Warehousing / Storage and Customer Service qualifications.
- LLOP training, gaining a RTITB licence.
- Employment 'soft skills' such as punctuality, appropriate behaviour, effective
communication.
- An Individual Learner Plan, detailing their learning and providing stretch and challenge developments.
