Description

The services of a joint sales agent to market and sell the 98 private sale apartments on Ebury Phase 2, together with consultancy services for Phase 2 and Phase 3. The appointment feeds into Ebury Phase 2 interior design and apartment layout optimisation together with consultancy advice for Phase 3.

The joint sales agent procurement has seen the award of two contracts to agents which will collaborate as required to sell the private sale homes. The Council has set the domestic, international and introducer commissions with agents only submitting rates for consultancy services based on time and resource.

Joint agents will be responsible for necessary marketing and campaigns related to sale of properties in the domestic and international market.

The contract value is an estimate based on an indicative sales commission for each flat. The actual contract value will be based on the commission applied to each sale and the value of the property at time of sale. The contract value makes an allowance for marketing and campaign costs but may change if additional costs are required in order to generate sales revenue.

The contract term allows for sales launch prior to practical completion and an allowance post-completion for any remaining sales.
