Garden Waste Transfer Station and Haulage

The provision of a Waste Transfer Station (WTS) for the acceptance of garden waste and onward transfer via bulk haulage to a designated waste disposal site. The WTS must be located within 6 miles of the Castle Point Borough boundary. The Authority imposes a distance restriction on where this site must be located to maintain its current resource levels for domestic and trade collections.
