Groundwater Modelling National Framework 2026 - 2034

The Environment Agency is planning to launch a new Framework to deliver groundwater modelling services across England. This framework presents a significant opportunity for suppliers to collaborate with the Environment Agency in shaping the future of groundwater modelling. Potentially, three lots to be created: Lot 1 – Modelling Work: National Groundwater Modelling Service: This service forms an integral part of the Environment Agency’s regulatory work to ensure sustainable management and protection of groundwater resources across England. Work covered here shall include data collection and verification, enhancement of existing and development of new conceptual models, numerical model construction or development, model output validation and reporting. Lot 3 – Groundwater Modelling Technical Support. ID 5956194 DAERA - Agricultural Policy Division - The Carbon Footprinting Project

DAERA requires a Supplier to provide the administration, delivery, licencing, support and maintenance of a Carbon Calculator which will provide farm businesses in Northern Ireland with their Whole Farm-level Carbon Footprint, Enterprise-level Carbon Footprint and Product-level Carbon Footprint. Training will be provided to assist farmers to use the information received to take appropriate action to reduce net GHG emissions on their farm. The Carbon Calculator procured for this project will be used on all Northern Ireland farms, and requires 28,400 farm carbon footprints to be completed over the next four financial years 2026/27 – 2029/30.

New Hospital 2.0 Demand & Capacity Modelling

 A range of demand projections and modelled capacity requirements, scenarios and options, based on planning assumptions to be agreed with the Trust.  Navigation of the NHP demand modelling process, mapping of outputs to local baseline activity and case mix, and conversion to capacity requirements.  Interpretation of outputs with Trust stakeholders, and translation into functional content with health planners.  Presentation of outputs to Trust and wider audiences and production of demand/capacity documentation as required, including business case sections and appendices.  Contribution to activity-related workforce modelling and medium-term operational planning.  As many interactive sessions as it takes to complete the work
