Westminster City Council  CurateOn Platform - Business Support Guides for Running a High Street Business. 
The UK government, through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF 2025 - 26), is again making funding available with a specific focus to help kickstart economic growth and promote opportunities in all parts of the UK. Westminster City Council [WCC] is allocating UK Shared Prosperity Funds (UKSPF) for the commissioning of an organisation with specialist retail and business support expertise to provide detailed online business support guidance for businesses. 
Westminster City Council is therefore seeking to procure the services of an external retail expert to provide detailed online business support guidance for SME independent businesses.
The support will help ensure businesses are less risky for landlords to consider, giving more confidence and credibility to our platform and its pipeline of potential high street operators who will also have better chance of securing, opening and running a physical retail space on WCC’s high streets

The Department of Education is responsible, under statute, for the provision of education for the children and young people of Northern Ireland and to promote the education system of Northern Ireland needs. The Department commissions evidence-based research including a number of international large-scale assessments of education systems. One such assessment is the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS). TIMSS is a world-wide comparative study of the attainment in mathematics and science of pupils aged 9/10 years; primary year six in Northern Ireland. TIMSS is managed internationally by the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA). To deliver the study in participating countries the IEA, under the conditions of their agreement, require each country to employ the services of a National Study Centre (NSC), this centre is to be led by a National Research Coordinator (NRC). The NSC will be responsible for the delivery of the TIMSS 2027 nationally. The Department therefore wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of a NSC as well as a NRC to deliver TIMSS 2027 in Northern Ireland. The new contract will commence for the Date of Award, which is anticipated to be in November/December 2025.

Neutral Vendor Managed Service Framework for Technical and Professional Services (NEUTAPS)

The Neutral Vendor Managed Service Contractor will provide an end-to-end managed service for the provision of technical and professional services from a wide range of categories. Cardiff Council currently manage the collaborative SEWTAPS Framework, which covers a range of construction consultancy disciplines. Lot 11 of this framework has been successfully used for a Neutral Vendor solution to deliver Professional Services that go beyond the core construction consultancy services. Following the successes of this lot, the requirements are being separated and a new framework will be established. The sole Contractor will allow access to a wide range of technical and professional services through their pre-vetted supply chain, across a variety of markets. The Neutral Vendor requires specialist knowledge and expertise to provide Contracting Authorities a streamlined route to market, making it more efficient and achieve best value for money. This framework will not include recruitment or agency staff. Key to the success of the framework is the option of a flexible approach for Contracting Authorities, encouraging early consultant involvement, focusing on developing client / contractor relationships that improve value for money through a reduction in: time to market and duplication of processes, development of common standards and the sharing of best practice that seeks to drive innovation. The Neutral Vendor lot under the SEWTAPS Framework is used extensively by over 30 different organisations in the public sector throughout the UK, including Local Councils, Universities and Central Government Authorities. The framework will be available to a wide range of potential customers. For further details please see schedule 1 ‘potential customers’ of the Framework Agreement.
