The client wants to understand what forward thinking solutions a new cleaning contractor can deliver, managing costs, bringing innovation to the forefront of everything they complete each day. The contract being tendered is for three years in duration from September 1st, 2026 until end of August 2029, with the option to extend for a further term of two years on the same terms and conditions excluding the right to further extend. Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) requires as part of their on-going program for improving service delivery, the Provision of Window Cleaning and associated cleans at approximately 80 properties. This figure is subject to vary alongside the Councils on-going asset management review. There may be a requirement for additional window cleaning and associated cleans at other establishments throughout the duration of this contract, the council shall reserve the right to discuss with the successful bidder the location and frequency of where the additional cleans will be required and a quotation for the cleans will be requested at that time.
