Supply of Parallel Bioreactor including Maintenance and Consumables

NHS Blood and Transplant is leading a procurement for the provision and maintenance of a Parallel Bioreactor and associated consumables. We are looking to appoint one (1) Supplier for the provision of this requirement. The Clinical Biotechnology Centre (CBC) are committed to providing manufacturing capability for viral vector products used in cell and gene therapies. As part of the Medical Research Council funded network for innovation in gene therapies, the CBC anticipate onboarding multiple viral vector projects per year. To reduce the risk of failed batches in GMP manufacturing, the onboarding process, any GMP contracts will be subject to intensive process definition at small scale prior to proceeding with GMP manufacturing contracts. The required parallel small-scale bioreactor system is critical for the onboarding process in allowing the process development to characterise the operational space (experimental space) and its critical process parameters. A small-scale parallel enables these parameters to be established at reduces scale enabling a larger number of parameters to be established.

Provision of NHS Health Checks Point Of Care Testing (POCT) Equipment For North Northamptonshire Council

The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide point of care testing consumables and, where needed, analysers to support delivery of the NHS Health Checks programme. The successful supplier will also be required to provide maintenance support, quality assurance materials, and training. The total annual contract value will not exceed £55,000, which includes all costs, delivery, technical support, and training, which must be covered within this amount. Due to the variation in provider requirements and the finite budget, no specific order quantities or frequencies can be guaranteed. An equitable allocation model will be managed by the Council to ensure fair distribution across providers.

The purpose of this notice is to draw attention to a procurement the Authority will conduct to establish a National Framework Agreement for the provision of Respiratory Solutions 2026 under the following Lot structure: Lot 1: Respiratory Therapy; Lot 2: Anaesthesia and Resuscitation; Lot 3: Diagnostics; Lot 4: Nitrous Oxide destruction Solutions; and Lot 5: Respiratory Support Services For Lots 1 to 4 Tenderers can submit for one, more than one Lot, or all of the Lots detailed above. However ONLY Tenderers responding to Lots 1, 3 and/or 4 are invited to tender for Lot 5 (noting that Lot 5 is not applicable to Lot 2). Tender submissions received solely for Lot 5 will not be accepted nor evaluated. Further details about the requirements within each Lot are provided in the tender documentation. The term of the contracts formed under the proposed Framework Agreement may continue beyond the end of the term of the Framework Agreement itself.
