Description

Curo's Asset Management team have a responsibility to manage the condition of Curo's roofs across its housing stock. The condition of some of these assets means that we now have a programme of roof replacements to deliver. This contract will aim to deliver 11 block roof replacements to Cornish Mansard properties.
The term of the contract will allow for the duration of the replacement works.

External & Communal Pre Construction Services and Works to Houses Framework Rev01 Multiple Supplier Framework (of up to three contractors per Lot) to undertake various services and works related to improvement and planned maintenance works, by means of Pre-construction Services Call-offs and Works Call-offs. Minor Works Framework Agreement for Building Maintenance

Pembrokeshire County Council wishes to appoint Contractors to a Framework Agreement to facilitate the provision of works required for the delivery of the maintenance, repair and improvement of all its properties over a four year period. The works relate to the Authority's housing stock and corporate buildings, which are located throughout the County of Pembrokeshire.
