Flintshire County Council Housing Support Grant (HSG) Team is inviting bids from providers which fully meet the requirements of this Specification and demonstrates value for money against the following projects:
Lot 1 - Young Persons Floating Support Project
Lot 2 - Criminal Offending Floating Support Project
Lot 3 - Older People Floating Support Project
Lot 4 -General and Complex Needs Floating Support Project
Lot 5 - Early Homeless Prevention Floating Support Project
The current contracts come to an end on 30th June 2025 and Flintshire County Council HSG Team are inviting providers to tender for the commission of floating support provision.
Contracts will be for a period of 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

Some of the individuals supported are in accommodation, with some individuals being supported at the pre-tenancy stage. Extra Care Housing Schemes in Slough - Care and Support Services

Slough Borough Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers for the provision of Care and Support services for Extra Care Housing across two schemes in Slough, at The Pines and Northampton Place (total 126 units). The Care and Support services offered in Extra Care are mainly aimed at older people but may also meet the needs of younger adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or mental health challenges. The service will operate a Core and Flex model: a guaranteed on-site core (including a waking night presence and a light daytime cover window for unplanned response/coordination) with flexible, planned care commissioned on actuals to meet individual outcomes. The contract will commence on 1 September 2026 for an initial three year period with the option to extend for two x twelve month periods to 31 August 2031. The Council are holding a Supplier Engagement Presentation on 8 January 2026 at 10am. Further details are detailed in the ITT.

South Midlands Connect to Work Programme (West Northants area)

West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) seeks experienced delivery partners to implement the South Midlands Connect to Work Programme in West Northamptonshire. Information on the Connect to Work Grant Guidance for England can be found here - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/connect-to-work/connect-to-work-grant-guidance-for-england Connect to Work is a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) initiative supporting people with disabilities or long-term health conditions to find and sustain employment. It forms part of the UK Government’s Get Britain Working strategy to reduce economic inactivity and promote inclusive growth. The Connect to Work programme aims to support 1565 economically inactive residents in West Northamptonshire over the next five years by delivering personalised support, including employability training, confidence building, and workplace adjustment advice, increasing awareness and access to local job opportunities, identifying and addressing barriers to employment for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, reducing economic inactivity and reliance on other services through sustained employment, promoting diversity and inclusion among local employers and working collaboratively with other South Midlands local authorities. This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region. WNC is the accountable body for Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, North Northamptonshire, and West Northamptonshire. This tender relates specifically to West Northamptonshire.
