B3Living is seeking to award a Framework Agreement to a single Supplier for the provision of Roofing and Wet Goods Maintenance Services, for approximately 5,000 properties primarily north of the M25 covering areas within the counties of Hertfordshire and Essex. The value of this Framework could be worth up to £4,000,000.00 over the four-year duration of the Agreement.

External & Communal Pre Construction Services and Works to Houses Framework Rev01 Multiple Supplier Framework (of up to three contractors per Lot) to undertake various services and works related to improvement and planned maintenance works, by means of Pre-construction Services Call-offs and Works Call-offs. The actual value per contractor will be expected to be a much smaller proportion following distribution of work amongst an anticipated 3no framework contractors per lot. Work and budgets per contractor will also be affected by work carried out by direct in-house resources, contingency allowances, non-access to properties, efficiency savings, and subject to regular reviews and re-allocations of priorities by the Council. Non Housing Roofing Responsive Repairs

Leeds City Council is looking to procure a closed framework agreement consisting of up to 2 contractors to support the Council's internal service provider, Leeds Building Services, with roofing repairs and maintenance works to civic and commercial related property. The successful contractors will be required to repair or supply and install roofing consisting of varying materials and nature including slate, tile, built up felt, system approved flat roofing, sheet, asphalt and guttering and rainwater pipes to a varied range of Council buildings within its civic and commercial portfolio. The contract will run for an initial 2-year period with the option to extend for up to 24 months. The estimated total contract value of up to £1,040,000 (excluding extensions). Responsive works up to a value of £10,000 will be allocated on a ranked basis between the top 2 successful tenderers.
