Painting and Repairs before Painting of Council Homes 2026-2031

Description

The Authority has a requirement for preparing and painting all previously decorated external elements and internal communal areas, including, but not limited to, joinery, gutters, soffits, down pipes where applicable, previously painted masonry, rendered or plastered brick or stone walls, balconies, sheds (not timber sheds), council fences, railings and the like, and cleaning down of all external gutters internally and externally and down pipes.
