The Council is seeking to procure the following Services: Supply and Delivery of Bins, Benches, and Picnic Benches/Tables: 
The London Borough of Hillingdon ("the Council") is seeking suitably competent and experienced supplier(s) to supply and deliver the following items for use in various parks across the Borough:  
Waste bins  
Dog waste bins  
Benches with back rests  
Picnic benches/tables  
To encourage competition and flexibility, this tender is divided into two lots as detailed below:  
Lot A - Bins (Waste Bins and Dog Waste Bins)  
Lot B - Benches and Picnic Benches/Tables  
Lot C - Combined Offer: Suppliers may provide an additional combined price for Lot A + Lot B if they can offer a discounted rate or improved value for supplying all items together

Provision of Washroom Services

Tenders are invited by the Council from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Provision of Washroom Services (the "Services"). The council is seeking a Service Provider capable of delivering the provision of Sanitary Bins, Nappy Bins, and Sharps Bins/Containers for Washroom Services. Additionally, the provider should be able to supply any other rental items required by the services at an agreed price upon request. The council may require addition bin collections on an ad-hoc basis and have the right to remove sites or bin collections if necessary.
