Description

The purpose of this brief is to seek the services of an experienced organisation to provide technical advice to the project (a Round 2 Landscape Recovery project). Whilst the full scope of the technical advice is currently unknown, it will involve an assessment of the most appropriate form of Single Legal Entity taking into account the nature of the key project partners, liabilities & obligations, impacts and next steps, in the context of the Linking Levisham project.

Legal Content Review and Retainer

Over the next 18 months we are undergoing a complete transformation and as part of this we are re-writing all public facing content to ensure it is plain English and user centred. However, our guidance must also be legally accurate. At present our internal legal adviser team is at capacity, therefore we are seeing external support to review new content for legal accuracy. The Provision of Legal Services - Public Law and Other Portfolio Services

The HCPC requires high quality and comprehensive legal advice and services to support its operational and regulatory functions. There are two separate Lots as part of this tender. The first Lot (1a) covers our requirements for a broad range of corporate law and other specialist advice and services, including in relation to our responsibilities as an employer. The second Lot (2a) relates to our requirements for advice and services related to our regulatory functions, education, registration and fitness to practise (excluding FTP case preparation and presentation services), supporting the HCPC's mission to protect the public through the effective regulation of 15 health and care professions. Suppliers may bid for one or both of these contracts.
