Description

University is seeking to commission a competent contractor to undertake an estate-wide asbestos survey and to issue a comprehensive Asbestos Register and support ongoing compliance and risk management.
Objectives
•	To identify and assess the presence, type, condition, and extent of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) across the University Estate.
•	To ensure legal compliance with ISBN: 9780717666188
•	To provide a new Asbestos Register and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and management.
•	To provide accurate survey data to support planned maintenance, refurbishment, or demolition activities. (Please refer to Appendix B - Asbestos Register as a template for you to populate).

MRI Managed Equipment Service (Lot 1 and 2)

This Lot will include the remaining residual values of the machines. • Lot 2 – Hard facilities management and associated services: The Trust is looking to procure a Provider to deliver hard FM services for the MRI building. This Lot also includes the residual value of the building. The contract start date for the proposed service is 1st April 2026. It is anticipated that the contract term will run for 6 years with an option to extend by an additional 2 years on a +1+1 basis.
